Give blood and save lives
Tuesday, June 2, 2020 | 11:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. | St. Mark’s United Methodist Church Family Life Center
The Nebraska Community Blood Bank is hosting a blood drive at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church with several local churches, including Sheridan, on June 2. The Nebraska Community Blood Bank is calling this blood drive the Many Faiths One Reason Blood Drive, the first blood drive held after the start of the coronavirus pandemic. Anyone who is healthy, at least 17 years old and weighs at least 118 pounds may donate. Appointments are now required to help manage social distancing. Temperatures will be taken before you are allowed to donate, and masks are required. If you don’t have a mask, they will provide one for you.
As a thank you to donors, all presenting donors will receive a free shirt and an offer for a free lemonade from Raising Cane’s. Raising Cane’s is also supporting the event with a drawing for ten Box Combo meals.
