Children’s Christmas Programs

elcome to the Christmas singing season!

Each Advent, children ages 3 years old (by July 31, 2018) through 5^th grade are invited to share their gifts of music and story-telling. To participate, please complete the registration below by Wed., Oct. 31. Rehearsals begin Sun., Nov. 4. This year, the programs will be on Sun., Dec. 16.

Information for Three Year Olds – Kindergarten

Young children are divided into three programs: 3-year-old Class, 4/5-year-old Class & Kindergarten. These three programs vary in age appropriate story-telling but all sing the same songs. Therefore, young children will practice singing in any class they attend on either Sunday mornings or Wednesday evening. There is no registration fee for your program, but please register each child that wants to participate for the correct class correlating with Sunday school.

Information for 1^st-5^th Graders

1st-5th grade children will be divided into two separate programs. Your child will either be a part of the “Sunday Program” or the “Wednesday Program.” Sunday rehearsals will begin Sun., Nov. 4 at 11am. Wednesday rehearsals will begin Wed., Nov. 7, at 6:30pm.

For your convenience you may come to either Sunday or Wednesday rehearsals so that your child doesn’t miss any rehearsal time, but for the dress rehearsals and for the day of the program, your child will be in the program for which you register.

5th graders will each have a speaking role and will have additional rehearsals on Sat., Dec. 1 and Sun., Dec. 2. 5th graders may be asked to be available for both programs as well as both dress rehearsals.

All 1st-5th graders will have the opportunity to sing in worship on Sun., Dec. 2.
