2025 February Call Committee Update

The Call Committee is continuing to search for a fourth pastor. This process has been extended primarily because of the lack of candidates. The nature of our search will be altered a bit, because of our recent hire. We will look for an appropriate candidate for potentially becoming an Executive or Senior Pastor.

The process of shifting our search will be to update the Ministry Site Profile, which is readily available to candidates who are ELCA pastors and are in the process of considering a change of call. Our Call Committee will work with Pastor Greg to hone the job description and the desired qualities we need, as a congregation, for a pastor in these roles. We will continue to work with SIMA Partners, the consulting firm that we have contracted to connect and evaluate potential pastors.
