Barnabas Community Welcomes Kelli Green

Welcome, Kelli!

Sheridan member and UNL student Kelli Green began her work as Barnabas Community staff in January. She leads our Saturday morning meal ministry and builds relationships with our guests who come from a variety of backgrounds. After her first Saturday, Kelli said, “I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve at the Barnabas Community this spring. On my first Saturday, my new friend, Hope, gave me a hug, and I played house in spanish with the children. Plus I get to spend time with and learn from the amazing volunteers. It really is a great community.”
