You never know how far a blessing can go.
Gary pulled a large suitcase out of the garage to pack with donations for the Cristo Rey community, where our team is spending the work week to help build the new temple. I was impressed by the donations our Sheridan group brought to worship on Sunday. I went to take a closer picture and noticed the “Backpack Blessing” tag from 2004 which just happened to still be on our suitcase. Out of curiosity I flipped it over and was shocked at how fitting it was for this occasion. The verse from Joshua 2:9 “I am with you wherever you go” was perfect for our trip to El Salvador.
It took the tag about 10 years to make the trip to Cristo Rey in El Salvador, a church I didn’t even know existed at the time I got the tag. God certainly had a plan!
