Magnificent Gifts: Sheridan’s Christmas Giving

Throughout the four weeks of Advent, we prepare our hearts and homes to celebrate God’s gift of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We celebrate this season of waiting in our faith community and remember the needs of others. We often hear the phrase, “I love this time of year!” Why do we say this? Because we have traditions in this season that shape us as people of faith with family and friends.

One of the traditions we have at Sheridan is Magnificent Gifts. This giving opportunity ensures that our ministry partners – in Lincoln and across the world – can continue in their amazing work of reaching out to all with the love of God in Christ Jesus. The Magnificent Gifts devotional guide is a great resource to help guide you through this Advent season and focus on the gift of Jesus Christ.
