House of Hope Weekend Celebration

In April of 2013, members and friends of Sheridan Lutheran Church and other area Lutheran churches started to build a house in the parking lot of Sheridan Lutheran Church. Thanks in large part to the Lincoln/Lancaster County Habitat for Humanity, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and the many hours given by the volunteers the house is nearly complete. Sheridan Lutheran Church hosted an open house the weekend of August 24 & 25.

In September of 2013, the house will be moved to its final location and be ready for the family to move in.
Thank you to all of the many volunteers that helped to make this house a home!
