Faith Stepping Stones

Ministry: , ,

Faith Stepping Stones are special markers, grounded in the Bible and nurturing faith in everyday life. We discover God’s presence in seemingly ordinary happenings. Some of these markers will have recognition at the altar.

Adult Faith Formation

Ministry:

Adults may join classes at any time. Registration is indicated if needed to attend.
Any needed class resources may be purchased on your own or at our OneSent Market just off of the Great Hall.

Men’s Ministry

Ministry:

There are many opportunities for the men of Sheridan to gather, discuss, study and pray. Young dads, new grandfathers and men seasoned by life’s experience are all encouraged to join a group to share and grow in appreciation of God’s plan for each of us.

Women’s Ministry

Ministry:

Sheridan’s women’s activities are designed to encourage the hearts and minds of women to know, love and serve God.

Senior Ministry

Ministry:

Sheridan strives to nurture and provide our seniors with a variety of worship opportunities and intergenerational activities. In return, we are blessed to have our seniors provide wisdom, prayer support, historical perspective and a sense of continuity. As the church changes, our seniors are constant reminders that we will age and adapt as our world changes.

Anchor Point

Ministry:

Sheridan’s Anchor Point is a fellowship ministry for people in their 30s and 40s. This ministry is devoted to building a deeper connection between those in this similar point in life.

*At Sheridan, volunteers age 16+ interested in helping with our children, confirmation and youth ministries must complete Safe Gatherings training and a background check prior to the start of their volunteer experience.
