Other Ways You Can Help

Pray

For God’s continued guidance and blessing. Please also pray about how you can be a part of the Barnabas Community.

Volunteer

Volunteers are always needed to welcome guests, facilitate check in out, sort and hang clothing, offer hospitality and more. Sheridan members have been volunteering at Barnabas Community since the beginning. You are welcome to check Barnabas out before getting involved by dropping by anytime during open hours. You can get a tour of Barnabas, hear of the impact it has on the city of Lincoln and how you might be a part of its mission. You may volunteer as an individual, family or small group. If you can help with these tasks, or you can teach a class or give a musical performance, click on the volunteer button below.

Make a Financial Contribution

Barnabas also need funds for operating costs, purchase of store fixtures and furnishings, professional services and many other needs. You may place your contribution in the Sheridan offering plate any Sunday; please indicate it’s for Barnabas. You can also make a contribution online. If you are interested in sponsoring any of our larger needs, please contact the church office.
