2027 Trip Details

Cost: $750 (until Nov. 17)  // $825 (Nov. 18-Jan. 15)  //  $875 (Jan. 16-Feb. 28)

A $150 deposit is due with your registration. If paying electronically, deposits will be paid at the time of registration. If paying by cash/check, we must receive your deposit within 10 days of registering. You are not considered fully registered until your deposit is received. All remaining payments must be received by May 1. Payments can be made online or by cash/check. Flexible payment plans are available to set up when you register.

The trip fees cover transportation, lodging, registration, most meals, all activities, t-shirts, and a special group dinner. In addition to the trip fee, families will be asked to cover all meals during travel days (approx. 6-8 meals). Sheridan will work to keep these costs as low as possible for our group by pre-planning meals.

Sheridan Lutheran Church is committed to providing life-changing faith formation experiences for our young people and their families and is making a $1,500 per participant investment for the Youth Mission Trip. We ask families to pay a portion of these costs as indicated above. If you are in a position to pay the full $1,500 cost of the trip, we would receive that with joy.

Limited scholarship funds are available; contact Cambry Waddell for more information prior to registering. Scholarship recipients will be asked to register and pay the deposit.

This year, we are able to offer a $25 per youth discount for families registering more than one youth participant. Please contact Cambry prior to registering for a discount code.

Please be sure to download and review the Important Date Sheet, which includes information about all of the pre and post trip events. Attendance at these events is expected for all trip participants.
